-Eye on annual target, plan and select perfect location for new stores
-Evaluate and negotiate with franchisees, settle contract and follow up with the progress of store development
-Contact and negotiate with landlord regarding lease contracts of stores, settle lease contracts on behalf of company
-Maintain well communication and relationship with landlords, make rent payment on time
-Develop and implement brand marketing plans and sales target according to research and analysis of market condition, population density, consumption structure, and transportation condition and business environment. Aim at boosting sales and reach annual store expending target.
-Promote products and invite investments.
-In charge of franchisee recruitment, develop and manage client relationship.
-Report directly to the Vice President.
-Bi-lingual speaker, fluent English and Chinese.
-Have passion for retail industry, able to capture business opportunities, team player.
-Have strong communication and coordinate skills.
-Be able to build up and maintain relationships.
-Active in works, eyes on details, responsible and reliable.
-Well strategic thinking ability.
-Have can-do attitude.
-Be familiar with business districts in Australia and be able to report with quantitative analysis.
